Banana Raita
Ingredients
- 450ml Yoghurt
- 2 Bananas
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
Method
- Beat the yoghurt well.
- Slice the bananas.
- Add the bananas and all the other ingredients to the yoghurt.
- Mix well.
- Chill it before serving.
- Serve with rice, pulao or curries.
